Die ABERRATIONS sind eine vierköpfige deutsch-kanadische Band, die ihr Hauptquartier in Düsseldorf aufgeschlagen hat. Sie haben sich in ihrem kurzen Bandleben in der Szene bereits einen großartigen Namen als explosiver Live-Act gemacht, der den schwierigen Balanceakt zwischen Classic Rock und Alternative Music geradezu spielerisch meistert. Die ABERRATIONS zeichnen sich dabei durch einen hochmelodiösen Sound aus, dessen komplexe, energetische Arrangements von fetten Power Chords getragen werden.

Es wurde auch Zeit: Die ABERRATIONS haben ihren bestechenden Sound 2015 endlich auf Vinyl gebannt und präsentieren mit „The Wild Life“ nun ihr sehnlichst erwartetes Debütalbum. Dieses Album wurde von den Düsseldorfer Hedgehog Recorders ganz "Old school" auf analogen Bandmaschinen aufgenommen und klingt somit besonders authentisch. Jede Menge Druck und tolle Melodien zeichnen das Album aus - dem Düsseldorfer Vierer ist ein großer Wurf gelungen! Keine Frage wem die Zukunft gehört!

Das Album kommt im kunstvollen Gatefold Cover auf 180 Gramm Vinyl. In Farbe natürlich! Limitiert auf 500 Exemplare!

Die ABERRATIONS bestehen aus dem Sänger und Gitarristen Ian Tetrahedron LeBlanc, seinem kanadischen Landsmann Chris Sabucco, der ebenfalls Gitarre spielt und singt, Martin Hücking am Bass und Tim Wagner, der die Felle schlägt.

Based in Düsseldorf, Canadian ex-pats Ian Tetrahedron LeBlanc (songwriter/vocalist/rhythm guitarist) and Chris Sabucco (lead guitarist/additional vocals) and Germany’s own Martin Hücking (bassist) and Tim Wagner (drummer) have pooled their ample musical talents and shared passion for rollicking, melodic rock ‘n’ roll to create ABERRATIONS.

After tantalizing fans with several well-received singles, the lads are finally releasing their first full-length album, ‘The Wild Life’. An exuberant collection of power pop gems produced by Lorenz Naumann at Hedgehog Recorders in Düsseldorf, this impressive debut draws from the band’s countless classic rock influences and filters them through its own unique sensibilities to achieve a galvanizing sound that feels both familiar and new all at once.

From high octane ditties like ‘Still Bleeding’ and first single ‘C’mon Baby’ to the dreamy Seventies-inspired ‘Fabulous Disasters’ to the celebratory closer ‘It’s Over’, this transcontinental quartet fully delivers on the promise of years’ worth of memorable gigs all over Europe with an album that combines the best elements of Sabucco’s sizzling, versatile guitar work, Hücking and Wagner’s pulsing rhythm section and LeBlanc’s gritty, urgent vocals.
